THIN CRUST VEGGIE PIZZA

HOMEMADE CHOCOLATES USING ICE TRAY.

If you are also a chocolate lover just like me, this easy recipe is for you!

INGREDIENTS:

Butter/ghee/coconut oil: 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder: 2-3 tbsp
Milk powder: 2-3 tbsp
Powdered sugar: 3 tbsp
Chopped nuts( almonds/walnuts etc) : 2 tbsp
Chopped gems: 1 tbsp
Chopped raisins: 1 tbsp

METHODS:

1. Set up a double boiler and heat some ghee/butter/coconut oil in the bowl.
2. Sift the milk powder and cocoa together and keep aside, sift the powdered sugar separately.
3. Add the powdered sugar into the melted butter and stir it for a while( make sure to dissolve the sugar fully otherwise the chocolates will not taste good!)
4. Add the dry mixture slowly and keep mixing to avoid lumps, cook for a while, and switch off the flame.
5. Take the ice tray and polish it with a piece of cotton, this will give a shine to your chocolates.
6. When the chocolate mixture gets cooled a bit, add it to the tray carefully,  do not fill it till the top.
7. Put chopped nuts, gems,

or raisins on top of the chocolate mixture and tap the tray to burst out the bubbles.
8. Keep the chocolate tray in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, when it sets, take out the tray and tap it slightly, the chocolates will easily come off, Enjoy!

NOTE: FOR MAKING WHITE CHOCOLATES, JUST USE MILK POWDER AND AVOID COCOA, YOU CAN ALSO INCREASE THE QUANTITY OF COCOA POWDER TO MAKE DARK CHOCOLATES.
