THIN CRUST VEGGIE PIZZA

COCONUT LADDOO

Craving for tasty festival sweets, but can't have it from the market? Come, let us all welcome the festive season with this easy and quick recipe of coconut laddoos!

MAKES UP TO 25 LADDOOS.

INGREDIENTS:
 
Desiccated Coconut: 500gms+ 100gms(for coating the laddoos)
Milk: 400ml
Sugar: 225 gms
Milkmaid: 2 tbsp
Ghee: 1 Tsp
Cardamom Powder: 1 tsp (optional)

METHOD:

1. Take a clean vessel, add milk, and boil it on low flame. Reduce it till it becomes 250ml (approx.) Keep aside and let it cool.
2. Take a nonstick pan, add ghee, and let it heat for a while. Add in the desiccated coconut and saute slightly on low flame
3. After a while, add the reduced milk and mix everything, keeping the flame low. as soon as the milk gets mixed with the coconut, add milkmaid and stir the mixture. 
4. At last, add sugar and mix. let the sugar dissolve fully in the mixture or else the texture would not be good. Finally, add cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
5. Apply some water on your palms and quickly start making the laddoos. make sure to press them nicely and do all the process quickly, otherwise, the mixture will start drying and the laddoos can break.


6. Coat all these balls in desiccated coconut to give that professional touch. enjoy the festive season with this delicious sweet!
