Bored by the normal aloo samosa? Here is a mind-blowing fusion recipe to try this evening💗
MAKES 5 SAMOSAS
Cuisine: Fusion
Ingredients:
For the Mac and cheese:

For the
samosa:

Refined flour |
2 cups |

Procedure:
Making the Mac and Cheese:
1. Boil the macaroni and keep aside, meanwhile chop all the vegetables finely.
2. Heat a pan on low flame, add butter and then add flour, keep sautéing to form white roux to prepare the bechamel sauce. After the flour and butter mixture turns aromatic, add milk, and use a whisk to mix everything to avoid lumps. Add water to adjust the consistency. Add the seasonings.
3. In a different pan, add butter and saute the chopped garlic for a minute. next, add in the chopped onions and capsicum and saute for another minute. season with mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix the veggies into the bechamel sauce and simmer.
4. 4. Add boiled macaroni to the sauce and
give it a mix, add grated processed cheese.
Making the Samosas:
1. 1. Sift refined flour, add salt and 2
tablespoons of refined oil into it, rub the mixture till a sandy consistency is
achieved. Use little water and make a firm dough. Cover it and let it rest for
20 mins.
2. 2. Divide the dough into 5 balls of
equal sizes, roll it into an oval shape, and cut that oval into the half with a
knife. Make slits on top of a semi-circle and brush some water, stick that
other half of the sheet on top of it. Apply some water on the side to form a cone
for the filling. Put in a spoon full of mac n cheese mixture and carefully seal
the ends to finish the samosa. Similarly, prepare all.
3. 3. Heat refined oil on medium flame and
fry the samosas till golden in color.
4. Serve them hot with tomato salsa!!
